The founder of Indre Solutions, Chris Bird, is a former Victoria Police member with 29 years of experience who brings a wealth of knowledge in regard to Leadership, Crisis Management and Security Operations. With a number of years spent at the Critical Incident Response Team (C.I.R.T) he performed as a Team Leader, Negotiator and Close Personal Protection Operative. Chris is comfortable in high pressure situations and able to think beyond conventional safeguards.

This experience has lead him to further utilise these skills in the Executive Protection arena.

The skills obtained through Negotiations during high risk situations has lead him to compiling an informative package that involves Tactical Questioning, Active Listening and Powers of Arrest through all states of Australia. Delivered through instructor lead training, this invaluable information can be passed on to those in the Security Industry from those in the Executive Protection arena through to Security Guards that patrol to keep your assets safe. Having the knowledge on how best to communicate in different situations is one of the most important part of any tasking within the Security Industry. Knowing what you are legally able to do to disrupt, remove or stop an individual who is a threat to you, your principal or the building you are responsible for is invaluable.
