Chris Bird is the founder and owner of Indre Solutions. He joined Victoria Police in 1994 and served for 29 years. During his time within Victoria Police he spent the first few years learning the trade before transferring to a busy south eastern suburbs station. From there he progressed to the Critical Incident Response Team where he attended all manner of critical incidents. His ability to safely manage these incidents lead him to becoming a Team Leader. To further his skills he successfully completed the Negotiators Course, which he firmly believes is the best course within Victoria Police. He then completed the Close Personal Protection Course which opened his eyes to the skills and verbal abilities required to keep your Principal safe. After a number of years he moved on from the Critical Incident Response Team and took the skills obtained back to the suburban stations to pass on to the new members joining Victoria Police.

Indre Solutions is his way of bringing all the skills he obtained during a successful career to those with the desire to work with someone who has a passion for the safety of all.
